- Any disputes regarding product defects, delivery issues, pricing discrepancies, or service quality must be resolved directly between the vendor and the customer, mediated by the Area Manager where necessary.
Pricing, Offers and Availability
- Prices and product availability on Jald may change without prior notice.
- Discounts, promotional offers, and delivery timelines are determined by individual vendors and are subject to their respective policies.
- We are not responsible for any errors in pricing, promotional content, or stock availability.
Delivery and Logistics
- Jald collaborates with delivery partners to facilitate order fulfilment, but we do not take responsibility for delays, damages, or incorrect deliveries.
- Customers must provide accurate delivery addresses and be available to receive orders at the specified time.
- If a customer fails to receive an order due to an incorrect address or unavailability, reattempts may be subject to additional charges.
Payments and Transactions
- Jald provides a secure payment gateway for online transactions but does not store sensitive payment details.

- Cash on Delivery (COD) payments are directly handled by vendors and are subject to their policies.

- Customers must request refunds within 3 hours of delivery, or else disputes must be resolved with the vendor directly.
- Jald does not guarantee refunds for COD transactions, as they are managed by the vendor.
